Yes, we offer refunds  within 28 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that open Slendertone Gel Pads are not eligible for a refund. 

For returns, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]  Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges after a purchase has been made. If you want to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange a return and place a new order.
