Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to the order.

We offer free shipping on all orders, so if you need to add something, go ahead and place a new order for that item. 

However, if you need to update your shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or using web chat immediately after placing your order.
